Commencement Ceremony

Arrival, Parking, and Seating

• Doors open to guests at 1:30 p.m.
• No tickets or guest passes are required to attend the ceremony. All guests are welcome.
• Map and Directions to the BSC Bavendick Center coming soon.
• Parking is free in all lots.
• Guests should enter through the BSC Bavendick Center main entrance on the East side. Parking/Entrance Map coming soon.
• Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Ceremony will run approximately 1 1/2 hours.
• Concessions will be available.

Photography

• Photos may be taken from your seats. Guests will not be permitted on the arena floor.
• After the ceremony, guests may join their graduate and use our special photo area to capture photos with their graduate. 
• will be taking professional photographs of the graduates during the ceremony.

Special Assistance

• Accessible parking is available.  Parking/Entrance Map coming soon.
• Elevators are available to assist guests in getting to the seating level.
• Limited mobility space for guests is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Due to space restrictions, we can accommodate one additional family member from your group to be seated with the individual needing access.
• Attendants will be available at the main entrance.
