The $18.5 million, four story structure with imposing glass façade commands a hillside above the Missouri River.

The NECE houses BSC's nationally recognized energy programs, continuing education division and administration. The third floor auditorium and conference rooms and fourth floor Bavendick Stateroom provide space for community job/career fairs, industry conferences, humanities programs, film screenings, public speakers, government-related meetings, company training, BSC-sponsored exhibits, and more. Learn more about the NECE.
